Description: WW2 Canadian Medal Grouping to D16100 Sapper Jack Beveridge of the RCE. Comes with his swing mounted medal group of 5, dog tags, a photo of him and research/copies of his service files. Beveridge enlisted in Montreal on September 12th, 1939 and served overseas in the UK and continental Europe, disembarking for France on July 11th, 1944. He served with the 4th Field Coy, 1 CDN Road Construction Coy, and the 18th CDN Field Coy. He was discharged from the army on June 28th, 1945. Medals are in good shape with a nice patina and come with original ribbons. Bit of oxidization on the sides of the stars but not much. Overall a great set.
