This is a solid brass buckle with a darkened background, made by BTS, in the 1970s-80s. It is from a collection out of Bakersfield, California. It is in new old stock condition, as shown in the photos it is still in the original packaging with papers. The packaging does have some wear and tear from age and storage. The buckle measures approximately 3-1/2" x 2-1/4", fits a 1-1/2" wide belt and weighs about 4.6 oz.
