Because it is a battery operated unit and still had the M&M candy inside, I opened the box to test and remove the old candy as it was 26 years old and would be no good to eat. The demo button did not work as the batteries were bad. I removed the batteries and inspected the battery compartment for any damage from battery leakage and found none. I inserted two new AA batteries to test the toy. The toy did power up and the candy dispenser was operational. The Dilbert figurine did move his hands and turned his head. Then it stopped moving it head and hand shortly afterwards. The overall condition of this toy is in virtually excellent cosmetic condition. It no longer functions properly when the toy is turned on. I am listing it as a used item because it no longer operates properly. Guarantee: This toy has been fully tested and found not to be in a good working condition.
