Description: Very Good to Excellent Vintage Condition for it's age!! Very little wear but I'm not sure if the horn sounds the way it should. Can't be used on super smooth surface or the wheels don't turn as they should but will definitely turn by hand and on surface with some friction. His upper body goes up and down as it should but I'm not certain if the squeaking of the mechanical part is supposed to be the "horn" sound or not but that's all I hear. Original pull along cord. Probably needs some kind of lubrication to make the mechanism turn more easily. It's amazing to me that this is in as good of condition as it is! The box, however is torn, worn and written on. We will do our VERY BEST to describe any significant issues. ie, extreme smells, damage, bends, creases, etc. but we aren't infallible so please examine all the photos VERY carefully to make sure you want to purchase this particular item. That being said, most paper, cardboard, fabric, etc. items can and sometimes do retain smells from their environment where they have been stored. Since in my possession, they have been stored in a non smoking but dog friendly home, inside a storage tote. The pictures are always the primary description.
