Description: Vintage 1920's Ferdinand Strauss Santee Claus tin windup toy, excellent working condition. This wind-up tin toy from the 1920's is in excellent working condition. It is complete and appears to have the original reins and bells. It measures just under 12 inches L x 3 inches W x a little over 6 inches H. The toy works as designed with Santa and the reindeer moving when run on a hard surface (such as hardwood floor). It does not run when placed on carpet. There are a few scratches on the bottom of the sleigh and on the left and right inside of the sleigh where Santa sits. There are also scratches in the paint on both rear sled runners. Santa has a few blemishes. The package will be sent USPS insured and will require a signature.
