It has PIN TRADING EVENT at the top of the pin and Disneyland Resort Paris at the bottom of the pin. There were 300 people at the event so presumably 100 were sold. SIZE: approx. 4.6cm W x 3.9cm H (1 13/16" x 1 1/2"). I obtained it from a trader in Paris to be displayed in a PTN/PTE collection. However, that display was never created and instead it was placed in a box and it remained untouched for many years. I have been a Disney pin trader/collector for years and will be selling off my collection over the next several months, including some very rare pins.
