The manual has some minor stains on the back cover. The disc has some noticeable surface scratches but still works perfectly. This item will be shipped in a padded cardboard box to prevent damage. Please note that this is a Japanese game and will require a Japanese or modified Playstation console. I have personally tested this game on a modified Playstation 3, playing it for about 20 minutes.
