Not long after purchase, I sent this back to the legend Matt Borgartd at ID and he built a custom power supply for it and upgraded the op amps to burr brown The dacs in the dac20 are R2R ladder dacs very high resolution and the output is a full balanced system so depending on the power supply you can have unbalance voltage of 22 or 1 volts full balanced... It even today is a monster of a dac... Could also be used in an audiophile home setup with a mains power supply
