This will help prevent any injuries or friction on your back. Both 20L and 25L Rucker feature 2 elevated plate pockets, one that holds 20LB or 30LB (Standard) Ruck Plates and one that holds a 45LB Plate, 20LB (Long), or 30LB (Long). This means your rucker can hold up to 75 lbs of weight. The 15L Rucker has one plate pocket that fits a 10LB, 20LB, or 30 LB Ruck plate.
