Some lithos are bubbled in some spots. There's a weird dent?/divot?/melt mark? on the edge of the roof. Has some wear at corners of masonite base, as well as a crack on one corner. Base also has some water staining. Upper floor bows a little. Both front, and garage doors open and close as they should. Handle locks closed. Light marks and surface scratching from play. May have some mild discoloration from age. Beds are all missing foam ~ and one is a bunkbed from the A-frame set. Dad has some missing face paint. Everything could used a good cleaning, I wiped them down but didn't do any scrubbing. This piece is an awkward size, and is quite heavy.
