Description: Department 56 Christmas Snow Village Warming House with Ice Skate Rink # 5145-4. It has the lights and is in the original styrofoam and original box which does have a few spots on it. The Warming House is in excellent condition. It was issued in 1989 and retired in 1992.Also included is a bonus Mylar Skating Rink Pond. The size is 25” X 17 ¾”. This would look cute with all your skating accessories on it. This Warming House has only been displayed a few times and is in excellent condition. I am downsizing and must let go of my collectibles.
