Description: Charming and lovely, antique 1920s Pierrot half doll. She functions at a pincushion. The doll’s head is made of painted, light composition. The pin cushion is covered in satin and pink felt on the bottom. Her face paint is very detailed with the unusual teeth. This style of doll is hard to find and doesn’t show up as much as other boudoir pin cushions and 1920s hat stands. She measures 3” inches tall. Her base measures 2” 1/8 by 2” 1/8 inches wide. Her head measures 1” 3/8 tall by 1” 1/2 inches wide. Offering this beauty as is as found. She does have some condition issues. There’s some brownish age/water stains on the back of the pin cushion. Also, she has some small nicks/indentions on her cheeks and her pink hat. There’s some paint loss on her hair near her forehead, also on the sides of her head hair. All shown in the photos. Please note, there’s some fraying of the satin fabric on the back middle of her collar, near the threads that attach her head. The head does move slightly but remains intact with the stitches.
