The rotor doesn't swing 360° but about 270° as it bounces between two hammers, making the characteristic sound and motion of bumper-automatic mechanisms. ✓The watch gets the winding power from the motion of your wrist. As this is a bumper automatic make sure it gets enough motion in order to keep good time. ✓If you consider the motion to be low you can manually wind the mechanism by turning the crown clockwise. Don't worry, you can't overwind this types of mechanisms. You can also shake your wrist every now and then to ensure winding. When using for the first time, or when watch is not responsive, shake the watch a bit to engage the mechanism, if possible do it with the watch facing up and in a circular motion, also manual wind the watch. ✓To set the time pull the crown out and turn. Push crown back into place. ✓Please note: These kinds of watches can lose time or stop working if they don't have enough power reserve.
